This is a full body massage geared to relax and loosen up tight muscles. Light to moderate pressure is used incorporating heated stones. The heat from the stones aids in the relaxation on the muscles. Hot stones are not used all over but in certain key areas such as the (back, shoulders, glutes and legs)

This is a full body massage geared to relax and loosen up tight muscles. Light to moderate pressure is used incorporating heated stones. The heat from the stones aids in the relaxation on the muscles. (back, shoulders, arms, glutes, legs, feet, neck and head)

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE (one hour)
Massage for those women who are at least 5 months into their pregnancy and have had no complications. A side lying technique with pillows to support the head, arms and legs. Some hot stones used on areas where needed (back, shoulders, arms, hands, glutes and legs and feet)

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE PACKAGE (10 one hour sessions)
Client receives 10 sessions. Each session is a 60 minute Pre-Natal massage. The massages have to be used between the 5th month and birth of the baby. Light to moderate pressure will be used incorporating the hot stones to help relieve tightness. With a Pre-Natal massage the client will lie on her side with the aid of pillows to help support the body. The client has to be at least 5 months along in the pregnancy. This massage is not advised if the client has had issues the her pregnancy. Best to consult a doctor before receiving a massage. (back, shoulders, arms, neck, glutes, legs and feet)

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE (one hour)
This is a more therapeutic massage focusing on certain areas only. A variety of different techniques targeting specific areas and muscle groups. Not necessarily painful just focusing on deeper muscle layers. (area to be massaged depends on client's need)

MASSAGE FOR MEN (half hour)
Massage will be focused on specific areas and issues depending on clients needs. Moderate to stronger pressure will be applied to loosen the deeper muscles. Various modalities will be used to achieve the best results. (back, shoulders and neck)

Appointment Policy
All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel an appointment I appreciate at least 24 hours notice. Less than 5 hours cancellation notice will result in a $25 charge. No-Shows will be charged full price. I do accept credit cards but a $2-$3 charge will be added depending on total amount. $10 charge for the Pre-Natal package. Sorry, no checks.
Note: I only massage MEN for 30 mins at $40.
